In Hyde Park is the Diana, Princess of
Wales Memorial Fountain. It opened in 2004 and the fountain is a giant oval of granite and the two sides were intended to
show the happy times and turmoil of her life.

PROMS are held. The event is held over eight weeks in a series of
70 classical music concerts in the hall.

The Prince Albert Memorial was comissioned by Queen Victoria
in memory of her husband, Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha who died of typhoid in 1861.
